Hi, I'm Matt Mendes, a Kingsburg native, a 9-1-1 dispatch supervisor, investor, problem-solver, and now a dedicated real estate agent. My journey began early; I started working at 13 as a dishwasher, then a busboy at my family's steakhouse. No job was ever too small. These experiences taught me the value of hard work and humility.

After graduating, I became a dispatcher, balancing work and education while earning my bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Fresno State. My career took me into TV news, where I worked as a news anchor and reporter at stations across the West Coast before returning to dispatching.

My passion for real estate sparked from simply scrolling through Zillow and dreaming of my ideal home. I realized I wanted to help others do the same... to find a place they could call their own. I believe everyone deserves the chance to own a home, and I love guiding clients through that journey, especially those who think it’s out of reach.
